Overview
This 4-day safari is the ideal choice for travelers wanting to see the maximum amount of wildlife in a short period. Your adventure begins at Lake Manyara National Park, where you’ll be greeted by flocks of flamingos that nest between July and September, creating a breathtaking view across the lake. From there, you’ll visit the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a must-see in Tanzania known for its unique ecosystem and high concentration of wildlife, including the elusive black rhino.
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO), you'll be met by an Altezza Travel representative who will assist with your transfer to your hotel in Arusha. Relax and enjoy the evening at your leisure.

After breakfast, your safari guide will meet you around 7:30 AM to start your journey to Lake Manyara National Park. By 10:00 AM, you’ll begin your first game drive in the park. Lake Manyara is home to diverse wildlife, from elephants and giraffes to a variety of bird species, including thousands of pink flamingos. During your safari, you’ll also visit the Maji Moto hot springs for a scenic break and enjoy a packed lunch.
In the evening, you'll return to your lodge for rest and dinner.

Today’s adventure begins early with a 6:30 AM departure to Ngorongoro Crater, one of the most spectacular wildlife areas in Tanzania. Inside the crater, you’ll encounter a wide variety of animals, including buffalo, elephants, lions, wildebeests, zebras, and the rare black rhino. As you explore the crater floor, you may even spot some of the smaller, elusive predators such as caracals and servals. A packed lunch will be provided before continuing the safari in the afternoon.
After a day of incredible wildlife sightings, you'll be transferred back to Arusha in the evening.

On your final day, relax at the hotel before your transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight home.
Note: Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 6:00 PM is available for an additional fee if your flight departs later in the day.
